Sales and delivery regulations

Terms of payment

As our products are manufactured to order, advance payment by bank transfer is required in most cases. Payment terms “7 days net on receipt” are sometimes possible for German institutions under public law or stock goods.


Prices are net plus shipping (if the shipping is not organized by the customer).

Lead time

Our products are made to order, the delivery time is quoted for each product individually in the catalog / datasheet.

Delivery terms (Incoterms)

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery is by CIP (freight and insurance paid) (DHL, UPS, GEL, TNT).

Contract cancellation

Possible within 14 days for stock items, excluding custom orders and items manufactured to order.

Return of the goods upon revocation

Client bears the costs of the return.

Warranty and warranty claims


Have to be reported immediately on occurrence, latest within 24 months after delivery (60 months for extended warranty).

Warranty (standard)

Two years from delivery, excluding wearing parts.

Warranty (Extended / Extended Warranty)

Five years from delivery, excluding wearing parts.

Return of the goods in case of warranty

We organize and pay for the collection and return of the goods according to the method selected by us.
