The high weight and sensitivity of many of our power supply models compels us to pay particular attention to packaging and shipping. This is also reflected in the shipping costs. We ship depending on the destination country, weight, size and urgency by GEL Express, DHL Express, UPS or TNT Express.
Since early 2016 we offer “payment in advance” as our only payment method without exceptions. This decision is based on bad experiences which we unfortunately had to make during our business story. Currently you can choose between normal wire transfer and PayPal. Nonetheless, we are constantly searching for a way to offer our customers more comfortable payment methods.
Our devices are non stock-items and are always manufactured individually on order, but this takes its time. Most devices are ready for delivery within 28 days and arrive in 30 – 32 days at the customers address. Larger devices and complicated custom-made products (eg: over 100kW power supplies) can be delivered in up to 60 days after payment receipt. But: We always inform our customers about the delivery time, either via our website or in writing.
Deliveries within Europe and to neighboring European countries are dispatched from our headquarters in Germany and reach the destination independently of the destination country within 2 – 5 days. Deliveries to North or South America, Asia and Australia are shipped from our manufacturing facility or warehouse in China, the delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and the destination. Of course in case of a problem we also ensure the safe, fast and free collection of your device by one of our partners – no matter where you are.
As soon as your order has been reviewed, we prepare everything for the production of your device. As soon as we receive your payment, your order is released for production. The components of your device are manufactured and sent to our headquarters in Germany. Once there, the device is assembled by hand (after a careful component check) and placed into the burn-in testing after the coarse calibration. As soon as all tests have been passed, the device goes into the dispatch after a last calibration.
Of course, immediately after your order has been reviewed, you will receive a pro-forma invoice for your order as PDF to your e-mail address. You can then forward this invoice to your accountancy for the payment, or you can even transfer the amount yourself if this is not already done during the order process. Even if you use immediate payment by PayPal you will be sent an invoice immediately after the order has been placed.
Our instruments are subjected to a strict quality test before shipment and all required functional tests are carried out and logged. We provide our customers with a warranty period of three years from receipt of the device. During the warranty period, all repairs, transport and spare parts are free of charge for our customers. After expiration of the warranty period, we continue to offer our customers a free repair, whereby the customer only takes over the spare parts costs and the dispatch.
We manufacture our equipment on order, so we normally have no equipment in stock that we can rent for test purposes. Nevertheless, we always try to find a solution together with our customer, just ask us!
